Easy To Return Packaging
Our easy to return packaging options are designed to help consumers return their products in a hassle-free and sustainable way. Consumers will often check return policies during their purchasing decision-making process and will take a view on a brand depending on the ease of their returns policy. In fact, our research has revealed that 46% of customers will repurchase from a company, and recommend it to friends and family if a parcel is easy to return.
Dedicated returnable packaging is a powerful and effective way to meet the evolving expectations of customers when it comes to sustainable business practices and meet your business’s sustainability initiatives.
No business wants to anticipate product returns, and some are hesitant to encourage them with reusable packaging. However, consumers demand a simple returns process, and by making this easier than ever before, you can improve their overall experience and build brand loyalty.
At Saxon Packaging, we have developed our own packaging solutions for stress-free returns of products of all shapes and sizes. Made from full forestry chain of custody certified and 100% recyclable materials our paper-based packaging is designed specifically for easy returns. If a customer decides to return a product after unboxing, the lid of the package can be re-taped using an additional strip of adhesive located inside.
With our returnable packaging, your customers don’t need to print their own return labels or find packaging to send their products back in. We can develop a solution where everything is pre-prepared, so all they need to do is peel and reseal the product packaging for a seamless experience.
As with all our solutions, easy-to-return packaging can be designed and developed to meet your unique needs. Our team will get to know your products and what you need from your packaging, in order to create a packaging solution that will work perfectly for you.
