Beer Packaging
Innovative beer box packaging for the brewing industry
With over 30 years’ experience helping breweries with their packaging needs and being proud members of SIBA, LBA and the BFBI, we know our stuff when it comes to beer packaging solutions for the brewing industry.
All our beer packaging boxes are made using quality, sustainable corrugated cardboard to ensure that your beer bottles and cans arrive safely and can withstand the rigours of transit.
Additionally we can design and print with custom artwork (such as litho printed packaging), to help you create vivid and memorable brand experiences for new and existing customers.

What is your minimum order quantity?
We don’t have one! We have the ability to produce ‘one-offs’ and low volumes, but we do have cost-effective minimum order quantities which are determined by the area of material used, material type, style of box and print requirement. In any instance, it is always best to get in touch so that we can advise the most cost-effective solution for you.
Do you hold stock of beer packaging?
We don’t hold stock of ready to use packaging but we do hold materials and cutting tools to provide a fast turnaround on some of the most frequently used beer packaging lines. As we specialise in bespoke packaging, the majority of our products are made to order, however, we have an ongoing relationship with Beer Box Shop should you require lower quantity & more standard beer packaging solutions.
How has covid-19 affected your manufacturing capabilities?
We have been very fortunate to have remained fully operational during the pandemic, and have been playing a critical role in supporting our customers across various industries to help ensure they remain operational. We were early adopters of implementing covid-secure procedures & best practices and we are delighted to say that we have remained very much open for business as usual.
Can you work with us to design a pack from scratch and bespoke to my needs?
Yes, we pride ourselves on working closely with our customers from consulting to design and through to the finished product. We have an in-house design team who are able to design packaging solutions specific to your requirements.
How do I know which print option is right for my requirement?
It all depends on the artwork complexity, number of colours required and quantity of packaging. Our infographic guide to print processes will help steer your required option, but a member of our sales team will always discuss the various options with you to ensure the print option is the most economical and of the required quality.- “Working with Saxon Packaging has been instrumental to the success of our business.
